My Journey through Financial Stress

"Financial Stress" is a situation or circumstance that makes the flow of money difficult. It affects your financial decisions and sometimes makes you feel less of yourself. Stress arises when your expectations and reality don't match.

When thought processes are out of sync with reality, emotional problems follow, which, if not properly managed, can lead to depression.

I have had a series of disappointments in the flow of income that have plugged me into a number of serious financial embarrassments and harassment.

Threats from creditors, eviction by landlords, days of hunger, and the shame of begging friends and borrowing money from neighbors, to name a few, If one is not careful, it may be overwhelming and they might lose control of their sanity.

But in every financial stress, there's a stretch.

You are expanding, and this leads to the development of your capacity to tolerate and handle discomfort and pain. As a result, you will eventually be able to deal with more issues.Don't take financial problems personally; it's only a situation and it's not your personality.

Internalizing your financial problems is what makes you a problem and a nuisance to your community.

If you must know, each problem is its own entity, just as you are. Treat it as a situation and separate yourself from it.
You can't solve what is taking over you and you can't stop what you are a part of.

Be the judge between your situation and money.
Lack of money has created a situation. Separate yourself from the money and the issue it caused, then resolve the issue.

You are not your problem. You only had one. Resolve the problem before you become a problem.
